Q: How do I reserve my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Visit our Contact Page to reach out and get started or schedule a tour.
Q: Is there a security or damage deposit?
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required for each package—$500 for weddings, and $250 for elopements and parties. It will be returned after inspection if no damages occur.
Q: Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own decorations. We simply ask that you avoid staples, nails, or anything that could damage walls or furnishings.
Q: Are tables, chairs, and linens included?
Yes, tables and chairs are included in all packages. Linens are included with wedding and elopement packages and can be added to party rentals for an additional fee.
Q: What time can we access the venue?
Access begins at 8:00 AM for full-day rentals. Setup and teardown time must be included within your reserved hours unless additional hours are purchased. Additional accomodations can be negotiaded if needed.
Q: What happens in case of bad weather?
Mamie’s Creekside offers both indoor and covered outdoor options, ensuring your event can proceed rain or shine.
